Hypnotherapy, NLP & Motivational Coaching Certification
with Matthew A. Ferguson.

"My goal is to provide the most comprehensive, thorough and
enjoyable training available.  Training that is realistically priced fully
comprehensive with free ongoing support and supervision"
Matthew A. Ferguson.

"When I embarked on the course in Hypnotherapy and NLP with Motivation Partnership I wasn't sure what to expect, or if it was really for me. The style of the course is informal, and very practical. Theory is woven with practice from Day 1, which enabled me to very quickly develop confidence and understanding of the techniques and tools involved. The style of the course - residential, and located in the Highlands - adds quality giving the opportunity to learn alongside others, creating a holistic learning experience rather than 'just another course'.  I thoroughly enjoyed my training, and it has enabled me to now practice as a NLP Practitoner, Hypnotherapist and Motivational Coach" Dr. Karen Darke PhD (author of “If You Fall: It's a New Beginning").

The philosophy that under-pins our training is the belief that people of good intention, reasonable intelligence and a good degree of self-awareness can, by the practical application of Hypnosis, NLP and coaching, benefit themselves and others.

Motivation Partnership and its training supports the ethics and code of practice of hypnotherapy and NLP as stated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and The British Board of NLP.

The methodology is a three modular system made up of the theoretical understanding and most importantly the practical applications of hypnosis, NLP and coaching.

The teaching objective is to integrate the use of hypnosis and NLP so you can develop safely and skilfully as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Coach.   All modules are practical and experientially based unless they are obviously historical, educational or theoretical.

Assessment will be continual throughout the training and is made upon depth of understanding, course work (Learning Portfolio) and above all the ability to demonstrate practical clinical hypnotherapy/NLP techniques.  In order to graduate through the system you must successfully complete each module and all parts of it.  Student learning, support and supervision are integral within the training. Support will be given to ensure successful graduation.

On completion of the full training, as well as having a complete Learning Portfolio, you will have free access to ongoing support and supervision. There is automatic free membership to The Motivation Institute which entitles you to receive a free quarterly newsletter bringing to your attention interesting articles and up-to-date study in the world of hypnosis/NLP and neuro-science, case studies and information about new courses and seminars.

Group sizes are kept small (max.9) ensuring personal attention and to encourage the expression of your unique potential.

All modules are fully accredited by :-

  • The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council
  • The British Institute of Hypnotherapy
  • The Hypnotherapy Association
  • The Hypnotherapy Society

On successful completion of all three modules you are eligible for membership of these organisations together with The British Board of NLP and The Global Organisation of NLP.    You will receive all the benefits of Insurance, recognition etc., that such memberships provide.
